A Native Californian, I moved to Orange County in 1981, and so am very familiar with homes and neighborhoods in this rapidly-growing area. Before that, I received my real estate license in 1976 and subsequently, my broker's license.
In 1979, I joined the National Council of Exchangors (NCE), assisting highly successful people who found it better tax-wise to "exchange" rather than "sell" their property. Was President of the organization in 2009, and 2019 Treasurer.
In November, 2006, I was one of the 100 top advisors featured in Donald Trump’s new best seller, “The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received: The Top 100 Advisors That I Listen To.”
I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors. I carry the genuine Realtor® designation. I have been an Associate Broker with San Clemente Real Estate, which was bought by First Team Real Estate, Inc., and The Summit Real Estate, which was bought by Prudential California Real Estate, in San Clemente, California, before opening my own brokerage Coastal Castles Realty in 2010. Dec. 2018 Coastal Castles joined Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty and helped to establish the Commercial division as a Team Leader.
Because of the way I've conducted my exchanging and general real estate work, today you'll find my biography in the Senior Listings section of the "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate."
I am frequently contacted by other senior real estate agents and "Who's Who" members who find me in this directory because they seek a more experienced peer with whom to network on a given purchase or sale.
In 1985 I was installed in the National Council of Exchangors (NCE) Hall of Fame for my years of service as an organizer, officer and director. I was also president of my local Real Estate Property Exchangor chapter, and National President in 2009.
The Orange County Register ranked my Internet web site as the number one Realtor® web site in Orange County.
Feature articles about me, and authored by me, have appeared in the official magazines of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, Broker-Agent Magazine, RealestateABC.com and on dozens of major Internet realty web sites.
